At LaraHolland, Food Allergy Consultancy, we are food enthusiasts who create solutions for commercial kitchens, that take specialty dietary request and not only meet them but WOW guest with incredible flavor. We've always loved food, we just had to take a new approach to food due to the rise in Food Allergies and Celiac disease globally. LaraHolland was established as a business in 2012 after founder, Lara Holland had spent 10 years suffering with multiple food allergies and struggled to find great meals out of her own kitchen that could be safely consumed AND have flavor. 

 

Food Allergy Gal™ teaches live, online accredited courses on Gluten, Food Allergies and other Food Sensitivities called AllerTrain™.  Food Allergy Gal co-wrote AllerChef™ program, now being taught to chefs on special request, live only.  

Being trained and certified on gluten and food allergens is the first step in providing excellent customer service and tapping into a $26.5 Billion, 150 Million Person market of people who don't feel safe eating out now. $99 Per Person includes workbook, continuing education credits, 1.45 minutes of instruction by live person,  question and answer session and certification valid for 3 years, once exam is passed. AllerTrain U and K-12 are 2 hour sessions.
